Syrup of the Canigou (catalan mountains)


Syrup tree has traditionally been used by generations of peasants and mountain Catalan Pyrenees to prevent respiratory problems.

It is an antioxidant and natural expectorant

Its authenticity, its unique flavor and preventive natural qualities make it a product to be consumed throughout the year.

From a traditional recipe, ABIES LAGRIMUS our tree syrup comes from the extraction of resin from pine cones, over a slow maceration of several months;

Our pine nuts are harvested exclusively by hand, in the Regional Park of the Catalan Pyrenees natuel the heart of the Massif du Canigou, over 1700m.

Ingredients: pine nuts fir (Abies alba) 55%, sugar 44%, agar agar.
