Les pépites du Canigou are the first candy made from the syrup Abies Lagrimus from Canigou in the Catalan Pyrenees.

Harvested by hand, more than 1,700 meters above sea level, above Casteil Vernet and baths, fir pine nuts were traditionally used by mountaineers to develop a syrup tree after a slow maceration with honey or sugar.

Antioxidant and natural expectorant syrup,  has virtues known to prevent respiratory problems
